Not really Christmas-specific but it's really nice when it's warm ^v^ allrecipes.co.uk/recipe/28382/pear-crumble.aspxIs the one that I found. Ingredients2 pears, peeled, cored and chopped 2 tablespoons caster sugar 5 tablespoons wholemeal or plain flour 50g (2 oz) butter 4 tablespoons demerara or light brown soft sugar 1 tablespoon porridge oats 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional) Steps1. Preheat the oven to 190 C / Gas 5. 2. Place half of the chopped pear in a medium sized ovenproof dish and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons caster sugar. Then top with the rest of the pear. 3. To make the crumble topping: Sieve the flour into a bowl. Add butter and sugar and rub in until mix looks like breadcrumbs. Then add the oats and cinnamon (if using) and mix. Spread the crumble topping on top of the pears. 4. Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until pears are soft and crumble topping is golden brown.
