Who here is into fitness? What is your workout program like? Do you have membership to a gym or workout at home?
I workout both at the gym and at home. I go to the gym for my cardio workouts such as the bike and treadmill as I do not own them at home and I also join classes at the gym but I do all my weight lifting exercises at home.
Here is my workout schedule: Mondays/Thursdays - chest, back, arms Tuesdays/Fridays - shoulders, legs, abs
I go on the bike/treadmill for 50 minutes a day 5 times a week and I do yoga class 3 times a week.
